1. Return Periods

Change of Mind: You may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Upon confirmation, we will cover the return shipping cost and process a full refund or replacement.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

With all original tags and packaging attached.

Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or packing slip).

Final Sale Items: Items marked 'Final Sale', 'Sale Item', or in the clearance section cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account on our website and visit 'Order History'.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and state your reason.

For 'Change of Mind' returns, you will generate a return shipping label. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

For 'Faulty or Incorrect Item' returns, our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop them at the designated carrier location. We recommend you keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.

4.Refunds

Processing Time: We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Bank Processing Time: Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

5. Special Circumstances

Non-Delivery: If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours with any supporting evidence. We will investigate and, upon confirmation, proceed with a reshipment or refund.

Refused Package: If you refuse a delivery, we will process a refund once the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Unauthorized Returns: We reserve the right to refuse packages that are returned to us without prior authorization through our official return process.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect all our customers and our business, we inspect all returns. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return if an item shows signs of excessive wear, use, or damage, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
